Il Codice Mondiale Antidoping: aspetti sostanziali e principi procedurali
Resumen
Lo scopo del presente articolo è quello di analizzare il modello antidoping disegnato dalla normativa mondiale antidoping e che trova la sua articolazione nel Codice Mondiale Antidoping della A.M.A.-W.AD.A. (Agence Mondiale Antidopage – World AntiDoping Agency: la lingua ufficiale dell’Agenzia è il Francese ed è ammesso l’Inglese). A tal fine risulta necessario esaminare brevemente in una prospettiva storica il fenomeno del doping, tenendo in debito conto che tale fenomeno si è sviluppato come “problema” dello sport a livello mondiale solo in tempi recentissimi.Open Access Policy
